Accounts

You need an account for free lessons, purchases and the membership. Keep your sign-in email secure; we sign you in with emailed links or a password you set.

One account is for one person. Sharing an account or its content outside your seat isn't allowed. Teams buy a seat for each person.

Membership

Membership is billed yearly and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Account and billing; you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.

Founding members keep their founding price for as long as their membership stays active. If a membership ends and is restarted later, the price at that time applies.

Membership includes every course, the skills library and guides while it is active, and free entry to live webinars.

Single courses

A course bought on its own stays in your account, with its guides and skill files, for as long as we operate the service. [DECISION: confirm this wording, or set a minimum access period.]

If you buy a course and join the membership within 30 days, what you paid for the course counts toward your first membership payment, once.

Payments and tax

Payments are processed by Stripe. Checkout may show that your purchase is sold through Stripe's Link, which handles sales tax where it applies. We never see or store your full card number.

Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices for new purchases; a change never affects a membership year you've already paid for.

Using the content

Courses, videos, guides, templates and skill files are ours or licensed to us. You may use them, and adapt the templates and skills, for your own work and your employer's work.

You may not resell, republish or redistribute the content, upload it to another course platform, or share download or video links. Video links expire on purpose.

AI output

The courses teach methods for working with AI tools. You are responsible for checking anything an AI tool produces before you publish or rely on it, including facts, claims and rights to use material.

Custom projects

Custom projects and team workshops are covered by a separate statement of work that you approve before work starts.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing content or payment fraud.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. We don't promise any particular business result from using it.
