We want you to be glad you joined. Here's how refunds work.

Membership

[DECISION: pick one] Option A: full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. Option B: no refunds, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid year.

Single courses

Team seats and workshops

Team purchases and workshops follow the terms in your order or statement of work.

Email hello@hothoney.ai from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
